Carlos Rodriguez is a seasoned paintless dent repair professional with more than 30 years of hands-on PDR experience and two decades as a business owner. As an ARC Certified Master Technician and Vale Certified Master Technician, he has earned some of the highest credentials available in the paintless dent repair industry, reflecting his advanced skill, precision, and commitment to quality work on hail-damaged vehicles. Carlos has worked as a catastrophe adjuster and delivered PDR services across Australia, Canada, Europe, and the United States, giving him rare global expertise in wholesale, retail, and fleet management environments.

Misty Rodriguez brings extensive catastrophe adjusting and operational leadership experience to the paintless dent repair field, having worked storm events in more than 20 states across the U.S. For over 20 years she has led and administered PDR businesses with multiple locations, including serving as an affiliate program pilot shop, coordinating teams and logistics for wholesale, retail, and fleet clients in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Europe. Her global administrative background in PDR helps ensure a smooth customer experience, from claim handling and scheduling to high-volume hail event management.
